Whole and human

ABOUT
Most of us were never taught what it feels like to be valuable simply because we are. We’re valued for what we do, how we adapt, and who we are to others. Through everything life has shown me, I know the difference between surviving and living. Between being loved for what I give, and being worthy just because I am. I lost. I was lost. I carried what no one could see. Eventually, everything that wasn’t true collapsed. And there I stood — whole. Now I know: I don’t need to do anything to be worthy. I am. I am whole. This space, Whole and Human, is shaped by realizations that can only be found in the honest meeting with oneself. There are no answers here to believe in, only recognition awakened from within. A space for what is real. A resting place for the one who knows something longs to come home.
